Swansea Call Centres vs. Asian Call Centres

Swansea Call Centres vs. Asian Call Centres

Many companies, especially in this time of worldwide economic crisis, are cutting budgets down to their bare bones. This means areas of business which are not seen as being a vital part of the day to day operation of the company, such as research and development, marketing, and customer support, are operating on miniscule budgets.

Business directors may see outsourcing as a means of meeting the customer support need while minimizing the cost to the company. Many companies throughout Asia are offering call center services internationally in a wide variety of languages. While this may inflate the margins in the short term, businesses would be better off using a call centre in where the native language is the primary language of business.

For example, the city of Swansea, in the United Kingdom, has a variety of centres which provide a quality service at a reasonable rate. For the businesses they serve, they are able to speak to clients who are actually in, or near to being in, the same time zone. This stifles confusion on the part of the caller as well as on the part of the employee.

It is also more likely that a person from a Swansea call centre would be able to relate to anglophone callers about the issues they are calling. Instead of needing a manual to provide them with each and every appropriate response, they will be able to also access their own knowledge stores in their quest for service.

Someone in Swansea, versus someone answering phones on the Asian continent, also speaks a version of English that is comprehensible to all English speakers. Language researchers will tell you that the spectrum of English works in a way so that all speakers of English, be they Londoners, New Yorkers, or locals of Alabama, are able to understand standard UK English. This means callers to a Swansea call centre will not be confronted with a language (or merely accent) barrier.

The easier communication flows between callers and call centre employees, the happier the callers (i.e. customers) are going to be. The happier customers are, the better business is. So, in the end, the bottom line of any business is better served by making wise decisions up front. Investing in a Swansea call centre instead of a cut-rate Asian call centre, will prove itself in the end.

Vacation and your business.

Heloo,
I find it almost inpossible to have any vacation time while running my homebased business. Anyone have any suggestions? I know it looks easy always laying on the beach with your laptop. But I can't see a thing on the screen and sand is getting in everywhere. My cellphone is ringing all the time and the wind makes it impossible for people to hear me. If it isn't that, I can't just leave everything if I have to go to the bathroom, or drag it with me. Luckily it isn't often I get to be on a fantastic beach somewhere in Greece or California. (sarcasm intended)

Usually I sit on an Island in the far away achapellago in Finland and all I have is just a puny, slow, little internet connection dingelidong. And the moskitos are eating me alive if I dare to stick my nose outside. Well it is all very rustic and beautiful but I have nightmares about my business going to hell during these wonderful weeks of vacation.
Despite this I'm very grateful to have access to this sacred place in the world, it is absolutley beautiful. I try to let go and just be for a while.
Be Here Now. Trusting that God is taking care of business as usual.
AOUM; AOUM.....

Already made articles.

hello,
posting to an article submitter can be tricky if your article appears too much like someone elses. It can happen unintentionally and cost a lot of trouble. For example that your'e account gets suspended. My advice is to be very careful with sites that offer already written articles because if you use those you can almost always trust that someone else has too, and you'll wind up with a duplicate. The trick is to get inspired by such an article and write one on the same subject yourself, not copy it.
That's my 2 cents for today.

The Key To High-Volume Web Sales

The Key To High-Volume Web Sales

The Key To High-Volume Web Sales
by Michael Southon

The quickest way to achieve high-volume sales
on the web is to set up your own affiliate program.

There are two ways to set up an affiliate program: you
can install affiliate tracking software on your server
or you can use a 3rd party affiliate tracker.

Here is a list of sites that offer affiliate tracking software:
http://www.ezine-writer.com/affiliatesoftware.html

For most people, a much easier option is to use 3rd
party (or web-based) affiliate tracking.

There are literally dozens of web-based affiliate management
services. Some have setup fees, some have monthly fees and
others charge monthly commissions on your sales.

Here is a list of 3rd party affiliate trackers:
http://www.ezine-writer.com/3rdpartyaffiliate.html

One of the most popular 3rd party affiliate trackers
is ClickBank (http://www.clickbank.com).

Compared to some other affiliate programs, ClickBank's
system is quite basic - for example they only offer one-tier
affiliate tracking and they don't provide click-thru stats.

But the one big advantage of ClickBank is they are
widely used (by over 10,000 merchants) and trusted -
and that means your customers will feel safer when
ordering your products.

Here are some of the features of the ClickBank
affiliate program:

=> one time setup fee of $49
=> no monthly fees
=> 7.5% commission on your sales
=> automatic email (to you and your affiliates) every
time you make a sale
=> ClickBank issues checks to your affiliates
=> checks issued every 2 weeks
=> low minimum ($5) before a check is issued

One drawback to using ClickBank is that the links
your affiliates post on their websites won't contain
your domain name - so they won't increase your
link popularity.

But there is a way around this - a script specifically
designed for ClickBank merchants that generates URLs
for your affiliates, based on your domain name:
http://www.easybiztools.com

With this script, your ClickBank affiliates would use a link
that looks like this:
http://www.yoursite.com/sales.php?offer=nickname&pid=1

Once you have your affiliate program set up, you'll
need some promotion tools to offer your affiliates.

Here are some ideas:

=> free eBook - this could be as little as 5 or 10
pages explaining the benefits of your product or
service. Make sure it contains some valuable tips
and include links to your website that your affiliates
can customize with their own affiliate link.

=> your own articles - if you write free articles,
encourage your affiliates to use them in their
newsletter and on the website, with their affiliate
link in the resource box.

=> ezine ads - offer your affiliates 30-word ads they
can place in newsletters (preferably ads you have
tested and found to be effective)

=> email course - if you have an email mini-course,
allow your affiliates to offer it from their website,
with their affiliate links

=> popups - give your affiliates a template popup for
their website, with instructions on how to install it

=> affiliate kit - put all your affiliate tools into
an eBook that your affiliates can download

That's it! All the information you need to set up your own
affiliate program.
